Nyati Group forays into hospitality sector
Pune-based real estate developer Nyati Group, a leader in constructing up-market residential and commercial complexes, has forayed in the hospitality segment with the launch of ‘The Corinthians Boutique Hotel’ in the city. The group has created over 10 million square feet of residential and commercial space.
The idea to have a one-of-its-kind hotel in Pune emerged and a destination hotel has been created for a rapidly growing niche clients.

The Nyati group, which has set up Nyati Hotels and Resorts and a special purpose vehicle for the business, has invested Rs 120 crore in the boutique hotel.
Located on a hill top, the 120-room Corinthians Boutique hotel, has been built in Moroccan style with Greco-Egyptian architecture.
