The research team at NAI Property Terminus is intuitively inclined, adding that exclusive dimension, to the intelligent and innovative market study. The foresight and futuristic aptitude, helps resolve the nagging dilemmas of the real estate world. In a world distraught with recession, our natural flair to understand and predict the sensitive real estate market, gives us an upper hand in attracting challenging real estate assignments.
Real Estate is our Business and we have approached it from different angles. In 2008 we were a little inventive and decided to bring out glossy publications pertaining to the real estate market and its trends in Pune. Our debut effort in March 08 depicted the market scenario in retail, IT, Industrial & hospitality sector. With the encouraging results, the Industrial special-report, was out in June -July 08, & later in Nov 08 the Retail special- report was distributed, by then the slowdown in the market was setting in fast. We printed 1,000 copies of each special report and couriered it free of cost to a predefined clientele.
Touch 12 is the new addition to our research work, since Dec 08. We have started collecting interesting news clippings on the real estate market, this is forwarded to our clients through mass mailing every month. The response to our efforts have been more than encouraging.

1. NAI Property Terminus has a research team which is responsible for consistently collecting market information to upgrade our vast database.
2. Our marketing team works in tandem, with the research group to make a detailed project report which is put into perspective by our graphic department. These professionally completed presentations, are put forward to the client for his deliberations and site visits are organized at the client’s convenience.
3. With the support of the back office the documentation and other procedures are wrapped up, to allow a smooth flow of the transaction. Finally the management handles the transaction with open transparency and takes on the complete burden of ironing out, all the rough edges, to deliver a seamless transaction to the total satisfaction of the client. This simple strategy inculcates a deep sense of trust in our esteemed client who is most often willing to offer, NAI Property Terminus another assignment.
